how late were you up Cheryl??? Best of luck for wed. I didnt realise you had lost 1 stone on 2 weeks - your body was prob trying to catch up :)

I lost 2 lbs - probably due to no dinner last night but im happy lol.
So over halfway through now. :D
 
Well done Vicky great loss! Cheryl, Vickys right yr body will need time to recover from such a big loss. x

Thats probably it then. Im hoping that after 4wks off my body is ready to start again now. Well done Vicky hun, thats fantastic.
 
Think thats why my stall hit me so hard, i was doing really really well then it all stopped. Im not standing on the scales now until weds. Hopefully its working again

But that's why everyone stalls love, the body needs time to adjust.
 
hey all...i lost 2lb this week!!!!

this takes me under the 21 stone bracket and a total of 14lbs in 4 weeks.
Im still amazed at the amount i am eating, the benefits and the weight loss!!!!!!!!!

well done to everyone for their losses this week :D xx

I had my end of month weigh in & have lost 9.4lbs this month... very pleased with that considering I also had a 2lb gain to deal with too.
