Weekly weigh-in thread

Can you send me the exercises you do?
check out youtube. they have lots of videos posted of people using them.
i generaly hold a pose for 10 to 15 seconds, standing on one leg, superman, lyin down on my belly on it, sit on it reaching feet, yoga poses, lunges, also use it as a step machine. its endless the things you can do on it! and dont forget to suck your belly in and do your pelvic floor muscles on it too! :D
 
Well done hun. How many carbs are you on?

about 40-50g am not really counting them strictly but know its somewhere around that. I have bran flakes for breakfast now, and eat nuts through the day that makes up most of my carbs.

Ooh just realised, I am no longer obese!! wooo just overweight now!!:D
 
haha :D I know. Am chuffed because adding more carbs has sorted my problem that I was having! and am still losing weight!! I've been wanting to go down to just being overweight for so long and have finally done it yay!! Now lets get down to normal weight lol :D
 
Pelvic floor exercises are good. ;)
 
Blokes don't have pelvic floors do they? :)
 
Morning all.....

Weigh in day and lost 2lb. Now 10.3 WOOP WOOP! Oh and its the TOTM Booo!!!!!!

3 more lbs and Im at goal! OMG OMG OMG!


Will be back in that afternoon to catch up. Be good till then
