4lbs ! That's 11lb in 2 weeks ! I'm defiantly never weighing myself before my weigh day and time again last night thought I'd only lost 2lbs and was gutted but happier this morning !
Well Done, thats great. I have been really strict with my weighing, I only weigh myself first thing friday morning. That way you get a proper reading and there is no mid week upsets. Stick with it!
