another weigh in and another 3.5lbs off
really pleased and heres to the next one. it seems to be falling off and i couldnt be happier. i def think all the exercise is helping though. im currently running 2 1/2 miles x 3 a week, plus cycling, and walking the dog
next week its up to 3 miles and im really surprised how quickly its built up. again another mind over matter thing like dieting
