Sorry people have been meaning to update this since fri!
Had my doctors weigh in on fri, the day I started xenical I was 99kg and jus under 4 week later I was 92kg! So a loss of 1 stone!
I'm going by my own scales which have weighed myself on today and it's a 3lb loss this week!
Doctors scales showed I weigh 14st 6lbs but going by my own I'm 14st 7lbs.
Feeling very pleased with myself and just getting more determined each week!
