I have been good and would like 3lb off but keep getting told off by the other half for aiming that high in case I'm disappointed lol!! WI is at 5:30 pm aaaages to wait xx

Ahhhhh I know what you mean, I want to get to that half stone loss also but I can see what your other half is saying, just incase it's say a 2 lb loss he doesn't want you to get upset. However, I happen to believe you will do really well, given your weight loss for last week xx

lol I've just been trying to do all that. I went on my profile on the SW website, go to your profile and your awards and save the image, then I had to upload picture to signature - there's probably a better way to do it but that's just me!!!
