I started today feeling really blah, bit headachey and sick.
But just sipping away at the water is helping greatly. And it's 12:16 and I don't feel at all hungry...which is strange for me as I usually feel ravenous by about 11:00am.
What I am worried about is that it is my first weekend coming up, and this is where it will get really hard, because weekends are when I spend time with my OH and we EAT EAT EAT.
He weighs about 8 stone and can eat a banquet of lard and still lose weight..but this isn't something he is particularly happy with, he struggles to put on any weight. This seems to be a common thread on this forum doesn't it? blllloooooody men!!!
I will miss his meals though, he is an amazing chef. buying him cookbooks for christmas was a bad move on my part!!
However, I am going into the WE with a positive attitude because I have my WI on Monday and no way am I going to sabotage my first week now!!
