Omlette with mushrooms, leeks and bacon (fat removed)

Lunch:
Half a melon
Strawberries
Grapes
2 x Fat free yoghurts
Dinner:
Roast Chicken Crisps (5 syns)
Creme Egg (8.5 Syns)
WW chilli and wedges (8 syns)
& unthinkable amount of syns on alcohol!! :/
Sunday 6th February
2 slices of toast (heb)
with butter and Philadelphia with spring onion and black pepper (8 syns)
Salt and vinegar crisps (5 syns)
Beans
Veg soup and chicken
2x Choc Biscuits (8 syns)
(pretty hungover, really did not want to eat anything!)
Monday 7th February

Salmon in watercress sauce, new pots, brocoli and green beans (1 syn)
