Hi been on my second day of the tablets and feel very possative stuck to my ww points
I was just wondering what you all follow eg ww, slimming world or just your own healthy eating?? Do most people get a weight loss every week?? Its just i want something.... im not greedy, 1lb a week would keep me happy!!! Its just i want as many tips as possible as i havnt time to waste if you know what i mean.
