Been on a two day spa break in which I totally over indulged but I am starting afresh today.
Feeling good, trying to be confident and positive so here we go x
Been good today. Had 1461 calories in total. No exercise as I've been at work all day (on my feet)
Brekkie- 40g of shreddies.
Lunch- ww chicken soup and 2x ww bread
Snack- maltesers
Dinner- nume chicken korma ready meal
4 squares of bourneville.
Bit more chocolate than id hoped but craved it but don't feel too bad as I am below my 1500 calories

I ended up eating bread and crisps and stuff but was still only 946 cals...I felt so full up all day though. I'm due on though so this could be why I'm not feeling as hungry xx
With my tea I will have had 1380 so mine is much better then yesterday. I heard you had to change the amount you ate everyday anyway. Aren't sure if that's true x
