I am so frustrated that im doing ww by the book not going over points and exercising

Hello
I'm not sure that I have any answers but I would encourage you to keep on going and not get too disheartened. When I started WW I found that I had to weigh every single thing and write it all down to ensure that I stayed on track.
I had a slow start but things got going after a few weeks. It' can be difficult if other people are saying I've lost 2,3 or 4 pounds and you have stayed the same. ( I did not lose anything this week.
All the best for your future weight loss!

Thank you , guess losing weight is same for everyone has its ups and downs I'll keep it hope and fingers crossed the pounds start to shed lol....

Thank you for your reply

Michelle

Hi...don't give up, it's a great plan....just a thought (I was speaking to some today about this...) ...are your thyroid hormones ok....i.e. no under active thyroid by any chance? If yes, you can still lose weight with WW's (once on hormones treatment) but just a little slower....If not, keep going! Do point everything you eat and check you have the right measurements/points. Try using the WW's points calculator - it is a great tool. If you are cooking from scratch , the WW's kitchen scales are fantastic...for me anyway! Make sure you record everything you eat - Again, for the WW"s Journal is a must have for me(but you can also use the free tracker you get every week...Hope this helps and if you have any other questions, just ask! :D

Bo Annie 2012 thank you for replying, I dont have any hormone issues thankfully, however the strange thing is when I went to the gym I had reduced in body fat but the scales remained the same. So I'm thinking it's maybe as muscle weighs more could be the reason the scales are not dropping each week.

Definitely, you'll be building muscle weight up but the more muscle you have, the more you'll burn off... Show ur food diary to your leader and see if all's ok there too. x

Hi ya... Good on you for getting back on track...I am doing good....lost 4 and half pounds on my first weigh in and hoping I lose 2 pounds tomorrow. Following the diet to a tee and have set myself some goals and goal dates, so fingers crossed...Really enjoying all the foods I am eating and realising that I can survive on so much less! x

Brilliant high 5 you are doing really well fingers crossed the pounds will be shedding. Some
Weeks weight can sts but it's just sticking at it really.

Yes, I know about sts but that can be quite demotivating... still, I guess it could mean losing inches and also the time of the month used to affect me as well... so I'll try and not be disheartened!

Oh time the month makes you worry at weigh in as u want to lose but it's mainly water Retention that will clear by the following week. Keep it up though you are doing great x
