Hi all.. After getting married and letting myself go, I gained 2 1/2 stone in the 3 years I was with my husband.. I've now been separated since January and feel disgusted that I've let myself get this big!
I can't afford to join a group or even do it online so my ex sister-in-law has been helping me, but I feel bad about asking her questions all the time..
I'm following the Extra Easy plan, so could you let me know if I'm doing it right so far..
I've been having 2 healthy extra's a day (1 x a and 1 x b).
I've been counting all the following things as free: all fruit, all veg, eggs, pasta, rice, prawns, fish, crab sticks, all lean meat & poultry, lean mince, marmite, weight watchers yogurt, baked beans, spaghetti..
And I've been allowing myself between 5 & 15 syns a day..
I have been following it since Friday and my first weigh in is tomorrow.. I'm hoping I've been doing it right because when I've done SW before there was only ever red or green days, so the thought of being able to eat as many 'green' foods on the same day as as many 'red' foods seems abit alien to me! Unless I've got it wrong somewhere along the line??
Any help or advice would be much appreciated
