if anyone doesn't know / doesn't remember how teams work, these are the basics:
Scoring is like football scoring to make sure that everyone is treated the same. A loss scores you 2 points, a STS scores you 1 point, and a gain / missed WI scores you 0.
If you are at your goal weight, then maintaining within 5lbs of your goal also scores you 2 points
The weeks run monday to sunday, so if anyone has already weighed in this week, (4th May - 10th May) then please copy and paste the list above and add in your score
Team 3 currently have May Goals set, and the group activity pot (AP Pot) as little challenges. If anyone would like to set a May Goal then just say so - for example, I have a goal of 10lbs before the end of May (but of course this was set a week ago so your goals might want to be a smaller).
The activity pot is just a bit of fun - for any of you who want to up your activity a little, the aim is to add as many activity points to your group pot within your week - again for example, my aim is to add an average of 1AP for each day of the week
Most importantly, Teams are just a bit of fun.. so don't feel bad if one week you don't score any points - Teams are here just as a way to network and make a few new pals and also just as a little inspiration for your week
