Well I'm back again, but going to do it this time.

Morning guys. I went to see a show last night. The seats felt a bit tight but for the first time in ages my jeans felt comfortable. I'm doing my first months measurements on Saturday but stole a sneak peek. 4 inches off my waist. 4 off my belly. 3 off my boobs. Think I've gone from 24 to 22 as my elasticated work trousers are beginning to feel loose. They are a 22. And gone over my first stone and a half x

Been slightly naughty today. Had 3 naked bars and a gluten, wheat and dairy free cake in celebration. However I pretty much stuck to the diet x

Hey, it's my birthday today and I've stuck to plan all day. Even got 3 bug chocolate bars from work that are in the bag untouched ( not sure what to do with them). Having friends round tonight with the intention of ordering pizza so I've just had a healthy salad to fill me up now and limit damage. I will have 1 piece of cake but scared of what I'm going to do x
