so I was extremely successful my first week of Dukan - not one cheat! and then I slowly started falling off the wagon. Luckily, not entirely - just one meal here and there.

BUT I've decided to start over again and be motivated the second I wake up tomorrow. 3 days of PP and then onto cruise. I guess the point of this post is to say that it wasn't because I was unhappy with Dukan - it just happened!

So glad I found this diet and ready to kiss this fat goodbye!

I have a problem of once I start losing more than 5 lbs I think I can already cheat.

probably same story for many of us!
 
Yes, that is a big temptation....
But when we cheat we interrupt the ketosis so it affects us in the long run.
We must keep that in mind.
3 days of PP to jump start the engine might do the trick :)
