Went off track and desperate to reach my goal!

I have been dieting on an off since january! I have went of track as my weight loss stopped and stayed same weight for over a month and could not get any lower. So I need motivation and try get passed my barrier and reach my goal. I done weight watchers and left and continued with my diet I then returned back to work unable to continue my ww meetings for weigh in. I cant seem to get out of 12st range! So here I am looking for support and help to push me to break my 12st curse. I am currently on calorie counting diet with Myfitness pal app. I have lost 44lbs in today this year so I need to lose 20lbs or more and I will be happy! Lets do this and motivate each other lets get to our goals xx
