Wetherspoons - syn values?

I'm meeting a friend for lunch today so we'll probably end up going for lunch, we generally do and we always end up in Wetherspoons. I tried looking on the website and there's nothing listed syn wise for there, was hoping to plan out what I'd have. I know 1 syn = 20 calories but it's not that simple with a meal is it? Because some of it may be free foods, so how do I work it out? Or do I just have whatever, making it a sensible option, and keep low syns for the rest of the day and just not know how many syns I've had?

Take it back, it is listed! I tried searching Wetherspoon and it didn't come up so started with J D and it did. Might go for the jacket potato with five bean chilli as I often have the five bean chilli and if I have no butter or salad dressing it's only 1.5 syns.
