Babana said:Thanks! I'm 5'7" and started at 14 stone. Mfp gives me 1200 cals a day which I have. I exercise every day and burn at least 350 cals a day which I eat some/all back depending on how I feel.
I try to plan ahead as much as possible. For example I knew I was going out for a curry last night so didn't eat my exercise cals for two days before so I could just relax and enjoy the meal.
I would recommend cal counting to anyone wanting to lose or maintain weight.
