Yesterday I had a porridge pack for breakfast (undecided!), tomato soup for lunch(yuk), a banana pack (hot) yummy, yummy, my favourite, and lots of cups of tea with the milk allowance. For the meal I had a baked piece of salmon, - seasoned - on a bed of green trimmed beans, with the allowance of butter melted on top. Plus 2 and a half litres of water. Was not as hard as I thought it would be, hope it works !!!
