What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

Hex A - 1% fat milk (I never manage to use up the allowance!)

Hex B - 1 weetabix & 1 Alpen light bar

Hi, I am doing mosly red days.. I normally take 198g of potato with my dinner as one of my HEXB - some days I don't use my other HEXB. Does this mean that I could have another serving of potato as my second HEXB? :confused:

I would love if this is the case

HExA: 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
HExA: 45g Reduced Fat Cheddar

HExB: 2 x Rocky Road HiFi Light
HExB: 1 x Orange HiFi
 
Red day today. I'm having...

HExA: 60g Low Low Cheese Spread with Red Pepper and Chilli
HExA: 3 x BabyBel Light

HExB: 60g Wholemeal Roll
HExB: 2 x Rocky Road HiFi Light
 
Red and I'm having

HEA - oakly chocolate milk (I think I'll have two lots so that's both my HEA's)
HEB - Two slices of wholemeal bread
HEB - Hifi bar
 
I am doing Success Express this week so having 2 HEA and 2 HEB as a need a boast after a couple of weeks of gains and then "only" a 1lb loss last week

HEA - 250ml milk
HEB - 30g All bran Chocolate crunch
HEA - 45g light cheddar
HEB - Peanut HI FI bar
 
HEA - 3 x Extra Light Babybel

HEB - 35g all bran

I have this every day and I love it but will vary the all-bran. Not giving up the Babybel though as I adore them!
