Just been reading through here didn't realise philly light was a he. Obviously need to re-read my book. But stuck in the rut with my he's. doing the extra easy and nearly always use them on skimmed milk and weetabix. Can't use on bread as I always gain when I use he as bread (just starting to realise this) and I LOVE bread!!!
That's why I prefer red and green, more hex choice, but it's all down what works for you. I was stuck as well, I just found that sticking to plan and then smaller portions on EE helped, then I changed to red and green. Keeping a food diary and getting loads of support from people on here was a great aid. Good luck.
