What can I expect from the SW meetings?

I lost this week .....-3.5pounds. Does anybody knows how to get this half stone award sticker under my signature? Already asking for the next week incase I will lose 2pounds or something.

Hey Summer you can copy and paste mine if you want. Just right click and select copy then go to you signature right click and select paste. Hope this helps and good luck for next week.
