I didn't realise we could use cd water flavourings thanks for sharing that, I have half a tub left and know I can up my fluids if use it. Relied on coke zero today but don't like to much fizzy. I'm on day two and feeling good so far!
Rule of thumb when it comes to soft drinks is anything with NO citric acid...
