White sandwich thins (x2) with turkey breast inside and a packet of velvet crunch crisps. Had to be quick and easy as I was starving after missing breakfast.
Tuna with pasta and salad - chopped cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper and celery with a dressing of lemon juice and white wine vinegar. Was really yummy and filled me up for about 5 hours!
Tomatoes stuffed with rice and lentils plus the tomato seeds etc from the inside, seasoned with Lebanese spices with SW chips made from the BBB frylight and a green salad. Megga yum
