Feeling great in 2012!
I know that I lose less now that I've stepped up to 800 calories than when I was 100% on plan

Mac cheese with prawns and wilted spinach on a bed of blanched leeks! Cut the leeks length ways to try and give them a spaghetti feel!

You then place it in the microwave and cook it for 2 mins. I then used frylight oil spray and sauted the cauliflower in a pan, so that it went a bit crunchy. I hope this is ok.
Its not rice, but it fufilled my rice need.
