I usally have porridge with milk and a few raisins or golden syrup ,2 crumpets with low fat spread and jam . weekends I have a cooked brekkie bacon poached egg tinned tomatoes and ww bread
And I'm glad you did as it's given me a few ideas . I often look back through my food diary for inspiration when the only thing I can think of is cookiesand this post is about breakfast so i have no idea why i just wrote that all, but seeing as i have will now hit the post button
