What do you do if?

You have lunch to late ... ? Do you still have tea ...

I had lunch at 3.30 today.. And only some crackers, ham, cucumber for tea.. Still got some points for snacks..

Do u do this or still have t?

I'd just have what I fancied but without stuffing myself. Like today I ate at 3pm which is quite late for me but it was my usual amount of lunch. I got hungry at 8.30 so had my dinner then.

I made it in the afternoon because I still had to feed the kids, but if I didn't I probably wouldn't of bothered lol

If i know im going to be having lunch later i'd have more than usual. Then just a small tea and a few nibbles.
