Hi all, I've been a-missin, but hoping to get back on track today. Had a hectic couple of weeks, with college, a new baby in the house, and my son's been up at night from teething. He's been crying so much I ended up taking him to the doc's yesterday, just in case it was something more! Then I had a couple of days off of college when my sister had the baby, so have been catching up with that, plus doing two assessments!
And breathe!
So, today I'm off to the supermarket to stock up on healthy snacks, as this has been where I've really been going wrong. I feel all minging inside from the junk food
Food today shall be:
B: Two crumpets and light spread, green tea
L: Home made lentil soup - had some yesterday for dinner, it was so good! 4x cream crackers and 20g philadelphia extra light.
D: A WW meal of some sort - either shepherd's pie or lasagne, with mixed veg.
Not counting dinner, as I'm not sure what I'm having yet, this comes to 611. Still sticking to 1500 calorie limit.
