Mmm some yummy ideas on here. I went to 2 parties yesterday, both had lots of buffet food. The first one I managed to eat nothing, the second I had one quarter of a ham salad sandwich on white bread (no wholemeal options) and a banana. The day before I made pizza for the rest of the family and managed to not eat any. It took major willpower! The payoff is that I feel I've had a really good weight loss this week, have jumped on the scales this morning and cant wait for proper weigh in on Tuesday.
Today I think I'm going to have a quorn crispy fillet with maybe SW wedges. Will cook a proper dinner tomorrow as we're out most of the day.
