What you going to do differently this week?

Getting back into excersise after the holidays :) first kettle bell class done on Thursday but Zumba starts again tonight! Looking forward to shaking my bum a bit it always puts me in a good mood! And back to work tomorrow so gonna be in a good routine again.

Do you find your body is still losing?

i know I've got a long way to go to target but was talking about it with my cousin today and we were saying it must be hard to find a balance with the healthy extras

Yeah its quite hard to maintain to be honest, its harder than losing. Ive found i am eating quite a bit of food now to maintain, 6-8 meals a day and i eat right up until i go to bed.

I do try and eat really clean now to, or as clean as possible. I do alot of exercise on top of eating healthy to and ive been doing the Insanity workout for the last 7 days and ive found i am having to eat more while doing this as its burning loads of cals, infact i burnt 722 cals doing 42 minutes yesterday.

I will write below what i have on a typical day now
6:30am 60g porridge, 15g milled flaxseed, 1tsp cinnamon, 80g berries and a scoop of protein powder.
10am 2 slices of multigrain bread with 1 laughing cow extra light spread on, 100g turkey breast and sweetcorn. 170g 0% Total greek yogurt with 80g berries mixed in.
12:45pm home made chilli con carne
5pm Salmon with 300g potatoes, 230g brocolli
6pm 3 x brazil nuts, 5 x almonds
7pm 2 slices multigrain bread
10pm 2 x scoops protein
10:30pm 6 x ryvita dark rye, 3 x laughing cow extra light, 10g organic smooth peanut butter. highlight hotchoc

obviously i will have different things but thats a typical day

When you do all that excersise I suppose you need the extra food! At least it's all healthy and all of it sounds tasty aswell.

I'm going to go to aqua fit tomorrow. I always make the excuse that I have a department meeting after school on a Tuesday and so will be too tired! I have cooked a shepherds pie tonight for tomorrow's dinner so that I can go to the class and still have a yummy EE meal to come home to!

So....this week I MUST drink lots more water and herbal teas! I have also started 30 Day shred so I plan to exercise EVERYDAY! Continuing with Success Express for some of the week as I prefer it :)

I AM going to have fish twice this week.

The baked to perfection salmon fillets are lovely - straight from freezer to microwave to plate in 4 minutes :) im sure the lemon ones are syn free! x

I'm trying my first red day with potato as a HEB (usually stick to the HEX from the ee list) it feels really naughty as I feel like I'm having 2 HEA's on an ee day

I'm not going to weigh myself at all this week- it was becoming TOO obsessive, i was making myself ill

I am going to enjoy my food and I am going to take it eaaaaaaaaaaasy :)

realise that low fat yoghurt is not the same as syn free yoghurt! Honestly no wonder I was going in the wrong direction with weight. Other than that, keep eating the things in the freezer etc to make room for meat free mince etc to start making some other dishes. Luckily I like what I make so not too big a deal at the moment.

As much exercise as possible and awareness of portion control for me this week!

I'm drinking peppermint tea this week! Don't think it has any weight loss speeding benefits but it tastes nice and has loads of other benefits including helping with wind, IBS, headaches, fighting off colds/flu, lowering blood pressure, so giving it a go :)

I don't think I have been on plan properly since Xmas due to working lots of nights and grabbing stuff here and there. I am going to be on plan 100% this week :)
