Tesco? My tesco is rubbish but even they have them in at half price on offer ... £1.09 per four pack! Although if £2.18 a pack I think they are quite expensive

Nommmmmmm! Grilled bacon and mushroom on a wm roll with tomato. Cherry muller and kiwi. Green tea.

Mug of green tea. 35g porridge oats with 100ml skim milk and 100ml water. Tsp sweetener and a level tsp cocoa powder (0.5syns) with 14g raisins (2syns) mixed in... And 1/4 cantaloupe melon for my superfree! Yummmmmmyyyyyyyyyy

Late breakfast, giant mushrooms, oven baked then add some salt and Worcester sauce, crack an egg in the middle then back in the oven for 5 mins, bit more Worcester on top, really nice!

35g Porridge oats made with 250ml unsweetened soya milk, cinnamon, sweetener and a sliced banana on top and a skinny cappuccino, very warming and filling!

It was lovely, going to try it with cheese and chilli next time, I think I saw the idea on here somewhere, I usually find stuff that sounds nice and add or takeaway a few things
