A question Museli on a red day is it 4.5 syns or can i have this as a HEB? its an Alidi make

Depends on which brand it is, with most cereals it doesn't matter own brand is so close to branded but with muesli they all have their own recipe. I like the Dorset Cereals simply fruity as you get 40g for a Hex which is more than any other variety.

Sw fry up- bacon, Richmond thin sausages (3syns each, wish our local Tesco express did the light choices ones!) Frylight eggs, frylight mushrooms and tomatoes, toast (hexb) and beans. Was breakfast and lunch so it was huge!
