Just had a variation on the one pan winter hash from the Jan/feb mag.
I used ham, boiled potato, pepper, onion fried in frylight then 3 beaten eggs with parsley poured over and cook on the hob until the base is set. Sprinkle over 1/2 hea cheese and grill until the top is set. Eaten 1/2 and stuffed so got some left for tomorrow! was really nice
Same as today, ive got magic porridge doing its magic, having it with cinnamon and chopped banana, up early for a day out, so might have it warm and add some berries to.
