Shreddies, banana and milk (HEA and HEB). My weight seems to be stuck at the minute though so I'm going to mix breakfasts up a bit for the next week, or try to! Bye bye to my beloved shreddies Breaks my wee heart...definitely my fave meal of the day.
I always have porridge and banana through the week! I never had it together until I started SW. The banana tastes amazing because it cooks slightly in the hot porridge. Yum yum also means I don't want any syrup etc with my porridge (although it goes to another level if you use a couple of syns on honey too!)
