I had my usual 60g organic porridge, 15g milled flaxseed, 1tsp cinnamon, 80g berries and a scoop of protein powder.
And im not far off having 2 slice of multigrain with a laughing cow triangle spread on sweetcorn and a chicken greast with mexican spices on. Also 170g 0%total fat free greek yogurt and 0g berries.
Think im going to have bran flakes tomorrow for a change lol
