Thinking about trying the porridge with cinnamon and banana from a few pages back. Been awake since six, lying in bed, thinking about what to have for brekkie. Decided to have a look on here for inspiration. Love these type of threads always give me more inspiration of what I can have that is slimming world friendly
Well that was lovely! Had I remembered I would have taken a pic. I'm going to try soaking the oats in the milk the night before tonight so will try and remember tomorrow, but remembering to do it at 5am don't be surprised if I forget! Already planning on apple, orange and pear as a mid morning snack!
I had 110g bran flakes (yes 110g haha) a tsp cinnamon, banana and 250ml semi skimmed milk. I am maintaining so need extra food and that was the last of the bran flakes back on the porridge tomorrow.
