I was hungry this morning so I had a mushroom omlette with cheese (1/2 HEA) followed by a muller light and blueberries.

oh my god that loaf is divine! had it aaaages ago and since being on sw, i could happily fall out with my OH through jealousy when we have it and he toasts some for himself (not fair )...the smell is enough to make me want to say "stuff the daily syns" hehe x

You are so right about it, and as I am the only one who eats it, can only blame myself for buying it! x

Just had 2 choc Weetabix (not technically a HEXB but my C said to class it as that, as its still Weetabix and allow 2 Syns for the choc ) with whole milk- wow so yummy! I shall be having this again- I may have just found a new fave cereal

Also planning to have smoked salmon and spinach in a little while and maybe a slice of 1 Syn lemon roulade as well....
Yes I'm very hungry today!!!
