I just mix 35g of porridge with a WW yoghurt and leave it in the fridge over night. Next day I beat an egg and mix it in well with the oats to make the "batter".
Heat a pan with fry light and divide mixture into three pancakes on the pan and voila!xx
A banana and a large black coffee from Costa today. Was going to have mixed fruit with yogurt but didn't have time to eat that AND go to Costa so as it's Monday morning the caffiene won!
2day was w/meal roll (HXB) with bacon (fat cut off) n small squirt low sugar brown sauce (0.5syn). I'v got w/meal roll (HXB), bacon (fat cut off), poached eggs n baked beans planned 4 2moro tho!
well I had my planned breakie of w/meal roll, bacon (fat cut off), poached eggs n baked beans n it was fab! So fab in fact I think I'l ave the same again 2moro! lol!
