Whats for breakfast?

magic porridge and summer berries.
 
Apple, strawberries, blueberries and grapes. And a banana if I'm still peckish!
 
Fruit, big bowl - either fresh or frozen dependant on how far into the week I am. And yoghurt, normally a Shape one.

I honestly don't think my system would appreciate me going back to a carby breakfast now!
