had a rubbish sleep last night, was awake between 230 & 630. At about 5 my tummy started rumbling so I had 60grams wholemeal bread, toasted with 1 tbsp flora lither (2.5 syns) & a banana which I mushed up. I wouldn't normally count it but i'm trying to be good as gold this week so i've read if I mush up at banana its 4 syns!
