Had a rocky road HiFi Light (1/2 HExB) and a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon and a tsp honey (1 Syn) earlier. I'm off work poorly so craving yummy, stodgy, comfort food. Now waiting on a Syn free cooked breakfast - 3 x Linda McCartney's rosemary and red onion sausages, portabello mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and baked beans. Yum!
