Dip two slices of bread in the egg mixture (1 egg and 1 tbsp sweetener) and fry in frylight. Spread 1/2 tbsp of Nutella onto one slice of bread, and top with sliced banana. Put the other slice of bread on top and return to the frying pan for another quick 30 seconds on each side to warm through the contents
