Whats for breakfast?

0% fat natural yogurt, granola and apple
 
Pineapple, blueberries, banana and muller vanilla
 
A banana and a strawberry Danio yogurt :)
 
I had a satsuma followed by 1 slice of wm toast with 1/2 light cheese triangle. Scrambled egg and tomatoes and mushrooms (cooked in oven).

Struggling with my appetite whilst recovering from flu. Drinking lots of tea but want to keep my metabolism revved up. Maybe nibble on some Alpen lights and yoghurts? Didn't eat til teatime yesterday which I know isn't good :-(
