Shape 0% fat raspberry yogurt and 2 (extremely juicy) nectarines.
 
Activia 0% fat vanilla yoghurt with strawberries and bluberries,plus 2 Tesco Healthy Living Cumberland sausages in 2 M+S mini wm subs. Huge mug of green tea :)

Fruit salad (nectarine, kiwis, strawberries, blueberries) and one of the aldi coconut and vanilla fat free greek style yogurts.
