I'm the same. I think my metabolism is screwed coz I never used to eat breakfast unless it'd been cooked for me by either.....mcdonalds or greasy lil. This is why I'm a chunk.
So I compromise now and eat a late healthy breakfast at about half 9.
This is seriously lazy but it's so gooooood. Ready made microwave porridge pot from asda lol. Bout 160ish depending on the flavour. It's so creamy and fab when I have to be in an early meeting!!!!
