Ok, so tomorrow is the first day back at work of the year as well as first day back at work since going back on SW. I've packed myself up to see me through the day so that when boredom sets in I dont reach for the leftover xmas sweets. So ive packed up:
Tuna mixed with sweetcorn, lighter than light mayo (total of 3 syns but made loads!) and cayenne to make into a sandwich with;
2 slices 400g wholemeal bread (HEB)
Lots of sliced cucumber
Then;
Silverskin onions
Grapes
Clementines
Fat free strawberry yoghurt
to nibble on.
