Vegetable curry made with chopped toms, peppers, onions, mushrooms and chilli with curry powder ( cheap and made loads) with rice, an apple and satsuma
Mixed a portion of HEXA philly with garlic and 1/2 tin of mushy peas. Added a little water, salt & pepper and warmed up. Topped with pieces of salmon covered in Italian spices and cooked in oven. It was lovely and very filling.
