Ive had a salad which included mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, orange peppers, sweetcorn, quorn pieces and home-made soft cheese, it was lovely but im still hungry so off to raid the fridge for some fruit and yogurt!
I have egg sandwiches, 2 plums, a pear and a hartley's strawberry and kiwi low cal jelly (that isn't listed on SW online, but i will presume is 0.5 syns like the apple and watermelon/cranberry and raspberry/mango and passion fruit)
