The aubergine and spinach dhal from the magazine. Beefed up the spices abit and syned some oil for the spices/shallots (well red onion). OH who is a real carnivore enjoyed it! You get ALOT! I'm stuffed! But it's no good unless you have time to make it.

It keeps well though! It makes about four portions (I tried three but it was too much), I just heat it in the microwave!

wont be off shopping until this afternoon so not much choice...But i have some tuna left over from my lunch yeterday so i think i will hav a jacket pot with tuna ( i will mix some onion peppers and cucumber into the tuna aswell i think! Use it up before buying new today!)
