I cheated and made ainsleys creamy vegetable spelt, only 2syns a packet and worth every one of them! Then just roasted a whole chopped red pepper and about 10 plum tomatos with a spray of fry light and a couple of cloves of garlic.

Had looked at the ingredients and wondered about making my own version, but this was so delicious, I'm not sure I would be bothered.

I'm having a Jacket potatoe and baked beans! Always keeps me full and it's all Syn Free if you don't add butter. I find the beans sauce is enough for me.

and then a muller light, has anyone tried the new Mint and chocolate sprinkles Muller Lights?

They are yummy!!
